Need for this dish six mid-sized potatoes, a sweet pepper, five rings canned pineapple, three cloves of garlic, two hundred grams of cheese, vegetable oil, pine nuts, herbs, salt and pepper. Potatoes should be well washed, but not cleaned, cut into large slices. Rinse peppers, remove the stalk, cut into slices of medium size. Pineapple cut into cubes.

Pepper mix with the potatoes, add the vegetable oil, crushed garlic, salt and spices to taste.
