- 900g minced beef

Cooking
1. Cut the following vegetables:

- remove top and bottom two whole yellow chili peppers;
- half a cup of cilantro finely chopped;

2. Pour the beef and chicken broth and 3 cups water in a large pot (¼ cup broth leave to cook meatballs). Boil.
3. Prepare the meatballs. To do this in a large bowl, mix the following ingredients:
- 900 g of ground beef;
- one teaspoon of any seasoning containing no salt;
- half a teaspoon. ground cumin;
- one tablespoon of salt;

- two or three tablespoons of finely chopped onion;
- one clove of chopped garlic;
- a quarter cup of broth;
- a quarter cup of flour;
- a quarter cup of rice.
Thoroughly mix all of the mixture and form small balls. Gently throw them one by one into the boiling water, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for fifteen minutes.
4. Fifteen minutes later, add the chopped vegetables in soup, in addition to spinach and cilantro. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender (about forty-five minutes).
5. Add spinach and cilantro give the soup a little brew and serve.

Advice
As the water during boiling much evaporates during cooking soup may need to add two to four cups of water.
