Causes

Treatment

Sudamen is not a dangerous disorder, so patients rarely need special treatment. The rash usually goes away on its own after a few days of visiting. However, the following guidelines will help you to relieve the symptoms of prickly heat:

  • Avoid high temperatures and humidity. Indoors, use air conditioning and fans, and in the street, try to stay longer in the shade, and to fan (as a fan, you can use newspaper or something else);
