What happens in the body for metabolic disorders

Metabolic disturbances underlie all functional and organic (the restructuring) damage organs and tissues. Metabolism can occur at different levels: molecular, cellular, at the level of organs and tissues, at the level of the whole organism.

Begin violations are always the molecular level. Normally, at this level there is a harmonious blend of the processes of synthesis (anabolism) and breakdown (catabolism) of various substances. Violation catabolism leads to lack of energy, anabolism - to impaired synthesis of vital substances - enzymes, hormones, and so forth. Metabolic disorders can be caused by both external and internal factors.

External factors that lead to changes in metabolism include eating disorders (lack of certain necessary ingredients, low calorie, malnutrition, overeating, etc.), various types of intoxication (ions of heavy metals, carbon monoxide, toxins, bacteria, and other) infections. From all of these influences often suffers from the formation of the body's enzymes - substances that speed up many times all biochemical reactions.

Internal factors that cause metabolic - is a genetic disorder of enzyme synthesis (fermentopathy), transport proteins (e.g., hemoglobin, which carries oxygen), proteins required for the synthesis of immune cells and others. As a result of genetic abnormalities in the body are accumulated unconverted during metabolic substrates (metabolites).
