Potato pancakes with caviar
Ingredients for 6-8 servings:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 large eggs (whisk them slug)
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 6 tablespoons butter

The cooking process
Grate potatoes on grater and squeeze out as much juice as work. Mix the grated potatoes with onion, eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a frying pan. When the oil starts to sizzle, put to the potato mixture - a spoon with a slide, or a little more. The same damn spoon flatten and make it flatter. On each side cook them for about a minute, until they are golden brown.
On hot pancakes anoint cream, and put on top of a teaspoon of caviar.
