Pancakes with ham

Ingredients (for 8-10 pancakes):

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons of unrefined olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Ingredients filling:

  • 10 pieces of ham
  • 10 pieces of semisolid cheese

The cooking process

Put all the ingredients in the dough bowl and mix well. Grease pan with olive oil Olive oil: useful properties  Olive oil: useful properties
   and place it over medium heat. Cut the ham and cheese into small pieces.

Pour the batter into the pan and fry the pancakes as usual. When the pancake is ready on one side, turn it over and place it on slices of cheese and ham. Wait until the cheese melts, then fold the pancake triangle. Remove pancake from the pan, and cook remaining pancakes just as well.

Be careful: pancakes can quickly burn on.

Serve them, of course, the best warm, but you can put in the refrigerator, so that later, if necessary, reheat.
