If you put too much acid, the lipstick will badly whipped and solidify.

Fifteen minutes later the syrup should be cooled to forty degrees. This means that you can start whipping him. Traditionally, this is done using a metal spatula, but you can use a conventional mixer with kneading. When whipping syrup gradually turns white. When it becomes completely white and heavily thickened - lipstick ready. It should be thick, but plastic, slightly shiny, but non-sticky. Cooked lipstick can be applied directly to the surface of the cake (for this it is necessary to slightly warm water bath), and can be stored for a long time in a refrigerator and used, if necessary, warming up slightly before it. Glazed product must leave for several hours at room temperature, and then put into the refrigerator.
Variety of lipstick
Snow White Christmas cake looks wonderful, but the lipstick can be not only white. Adding sugar syrup flavoring and coloring agents, you can endlessly experiment with colors and flavors. It is only important not to abuse additives, so they do not affect the quality of sweets. As colorants, fragrances and desirable to add at the beginning of whipping.
