The three-day diet
The three-day diet is designed for quick weight loss. It is often used in hospitals for patients with heart disease who need to lose large amounts of weight before surgery on the heart.
Proponents of the diet claim that it can be reset 4, 5 kg over three days, and a month to lose 18 kg.

Diet for a flat stomach
This diet promises to help you lose up to 7 kg for 32 days, and constantly get rid of the fat in the abdomen. It focuses on the loss of harmful fat in the abdomen.
The diet consists of eating monounsaturated fatty acids at every meal to reduce the amount of fat in the abdomen, provides a feeling of satiety, and prevents overeating.
